A SMARTER SERVICE STRATEGY FOR YOUR LAB
Don’t Replace it
Repair. Restore. Renew.
Fume hoodrepair, lab furniture repair, and full de-rusting & repaint restoration — for a fraction of what a new unit costs
WHY THIS MATTERS
A Broken Blower Shouldn’t Cost You a New Fume Hood
Without a service partner, a failed fume hood or worn-out bench doesn’t get fixed — it gets written off. That turns a small repair into a full capital purchase, a fresh tender, and months of downtime.
WITHOUT A SERVICE PARTNER
- Equipment fails and simply sits unused
- Treated as inoperative — written off entirely
- Full replacement cost, from a fresh budget line
- New tender, approvals, and months of lead time
WITH DUTTCO SERVICE
- Diagnosed on a video call, often same day
- Repaired or restored — not replaced
- A fraction of the cost of new equipment
- Back in service in days, not budget cycles

THREE WAYS WE HELP
One Team. Three Ways to Save Your Equipment.
Fume Hood Repair
Fix It. Don’t Replace It.
Sash mechanisms, blowers, lighting, electricals and ductwork — diagnosed and repaired by people who build these units.
Lab Furniture Repair
Old Bones, New Life.
Cabinets, worktops, fittings, hinges and structural repairs that bring benches back to full working order.
Restore: Repaint & De-Rust
Like New. Without the New-Price.
Full de-rusting and repaint of worn furniture — restoring the look and life of your lab at a fraction of replacement cost.
SPOTLIGHT : RESTORATION
Rust Out. Shine In.
Years of chemical exposure leave lab furniture rusted, stained and tired — even when the structure underneath is still solid. Our de-rust and repaint service strips it back and rebuilds the finish, so working furniture doesn’t get thrown out over the way it looks.
BEFORE
Corroded, stained, written off as unusable
AFTER
Fully restored finish, back in daily use
